The thrilled new family. Erin's labor went pretty much perfect. What a blessing. Baby Hudson was 6pounds 12 ounces. His poor littl face got pretty bruised during labor, but the dr. says that will be gone in 48 hours or so. Jon and Erin are so cute with him. It is just such a blessing to see thier dreams become reality. Even if it was a month early.

Uncle Tim and Baby Hudson
Aunt Tyffany and baby Hudson. You can really see the bruising on his face in this picture. He has a lot of dark hair and it looks like it will be a little bit curly. While I was holding him he would just make all of these cute little baby noises. Man, the memories of holding my own come rushing back. After we visited the hospital we went to the cafeteria to have some dinner with Tim's parents (don't laugh, Memorial has some of the best food in Yakima). Before we ate we were praying for our meal (or TJ was praying) and as he was praying the usual that he prays, "thank you for the day, bless this food" Tim said, pray for baby Hudson, and TJ says "and Lord please help us to be handsome" No joke! A bit of a misunderstanding I think. Either way, pretty cute!

You said it perfectly tyff - it's like all those emotions come rushing back of when you were experiencing it. TJ's prayer was priceless - something you'll be telling for years to come. Enjoy your time as an Auntie!!
