A couple of weeks ago we went to Prosser (at 5am) to watch the balloon rally. It was TOTALLY worth it and so much fun. Below are the amazing pictures. There were 31 balloons and we will definately go again. Then after the rally the town of Prosser has a fun farmers market that we ate lunch at. It was a great time. 
Avarie had warmed up to at this point. We got to watch the balloons be inflated and then float to the river where they dunked their baskets into the water and then took off agian. It was pretty amazing!
