Kuchen is a german pastry that Velma and family make occasionally. It is so yummy, but takes a bit of work to make. So Velma said that if I wanted to learn she was making it last weekend. So we went over on Friday night to make the custard portion of the kuchen. Then Saturday afternoon did the dough and actually made the kuchen, we ended up with I think 28 kuchen which we will enjoy for Easter.
