The 4th of July was spent with my mom's family at my brother's house. My mom couldn't make it (we missed you mom), but 2 of her sisters and most of their families were able to join us. The best part is that we are all close in age, and so we all have kids close in age. It was a blast. Thanks Tysen and Toni for hosting!
The girl cousins. L to R: Shelbie(4), Brooke(8), Jessalyn(7m), Madysen(7), Logen(3m) and Avarie(2, almost 3)
Mommy and Avarie
Ashleigh and Andrew (my mom's youngest sister's kids-my 1st cousins) were there and being the fabulous people they are really helped out with the kids. The kids LOVED them and we (parents) were able to visit. It was so great, and I could not have been more thankful to have them there... and not just for the kid sitting. ;)
The look on TJ's face cracks me up, it is like... "is it OK mom if I hold this flaming stick??"
My crazy brother!
Me, Avarie, Ashleigh and Shelbie
Another one of my crazy brother....
Family waiting in line to get snowcones from the neighbor. Yes, Tysen's neighbor has this industrial snowcone machine and he pumped out enough for this brood of children (and adults) who were congregated on his front lawn. I mean, how can you say no to 20 people drooling at you?

We played with some fireworks, I shouldn't say we being that NONE of the women were actually "playing" with the fireworks, but during that time all the little kiddos sat on the back of my mom's truck and watched. This one wasn't posed at all....
So as they were watching, Avarie and Shelbie were just sitting there holding hands! THE SWEETEST THING EVER! It was so cute, they are getting to the age where they do stuff like that and it is so sweet.
Obviously, showing me the color of their tongues.
So loud!
Now, my aunt Linda is going to KILL me for this picture, but she posed for it.... Linda is my mom's oldest sister. That doesn't sound right, she is going to kill me for more than the picture now.... Love you Linda!
My beautiful sister Toni
Shannon and Brooke
All the kiddos that were there. We are missing a few, but Gram sure loves to brag on how many great grand kids she has.
